Notes

Drag-on was a side project that turned into a real business. Co-founded with one other person to see whether the right product and the right Trendyol operations could move real volume. It did: 1,000,000 TL in revenue within three months.

What I did

  • Operations: Trendyol listings, pricing, inventory, supplier coordination and distribution logistics.
  • Engineering: the brand website, the admin panel, and the sales-and-stock monitoring that kept operations out of spreadsheets.

Wound down in early 2026 to focus on engineering.
