Notes

This one is under NDA, so there are no names, screenshots or architecture here. What I can say:

  • The job: technicians classified samples on the bench by looking through cameras. I owned the replacement, a Python and OpenCV pipeline that pulls frames from the cameras, classifies what it sees in several stages and hands the result to the lab's software.
  • The hard part: making it hold up when every camera sees the world a little differently.

I also maintain hospital and lab management software for the same client. Happy to talk through it in an interview, within what the NDA allows.
